Sunday at Asbury Chapel

Sunday at Asbury Chapel

For the past two weeks and leading up to Christmas Eve we have been looking at some people in the lineage of Jesus.

Our first ancestor of Jesus we looked at was Rahab. Now most of us looking back at our past see someone that we may wonder what their history was if we do not know it. You can hear the message by going to our Facebook page.

Last week we shared about Ruth. Ruth was a committed daughter-in-law to her widowed mother—in-law. She was committed to Naomi as Jesus is committed to us.

This week we are looking at the life of a shepherd boy anointed at an early age to be the greatest king Israel had ever known. David was not perfect but as the scriptures tell us “he was a man after God’s own heart.” (Acts 13:22)

Join us at 9:00 AM at 2704 South Highway W in Foley or if you are out of the area you will find us on Facebook by searching for Asbury Chapel Foley, Missouri. The coffee is on and you are invited to join us for a cup.
